We are introducing our new Balloon Garland Kits! These gorgeous colors are perfect for any party but especially for Bridal or Baby Showers! Our kits are made of Sempertex, Betallatex, Tuftex, Qualatex, Kalisan and Decomex Balloons! We are professional balloon decorators based out of NJ and we have tested every brand of balloons and we only use the best. These are outdoor quality balloons and with *proper care* can be placed outside. This kit includes: directions, rubber bands, wall hooks, masking tape, 5'' balloons, 11'' balloons and 18'' balloons. We highly recommended adding a balloon pump to the order as it will make set up significantly easier! The provided directions are clear and easy to understand. No experience required! You will have a professional grade balloon garland in no time! Balloon Garlands can be made up to three days prior to your event and will come deflated.
