Ingredients 
1 small / medium zucchini 
1 egg 
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup oats
2 tbsp melted coconut oil 
1/2 cup coconut sugar (use 3/4 cup for sweeter brownies — can also sub monk fruit for sugar-free) 
Choc chips (for topping)

Blend all ingredients and pour into parchment paper lined loaf pan. Top with choc chips. Bake for 25-30 min at 350F

These are not only flourless, but contain no added sugar, they’re blood sugar friendly, and get a boost of protein thanks to cottage cheese! . Here is how I made it: . 1.Roast 1 small butternut squash (it should be 1lb) in the oven. Just peel, remove the seeds, cut into cubes or chunks, spray with avocado oil, pop into the oven at 400F for 50 minutes. . 2.Remove the butternut squash, let it cool slightly, then add to a food processor. . 3.To the food processor add 1 cup almond flour, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 cup dark cacao powder, 2 large eggs, 6 tablespoons powdered monk fruit, a splash of vanilla extract, and 1 tbsp baking powder. Process really well, so there are no clumps or chunks of butternut squash and everything is mixed well. . 4.Grab a baking dish, line with parchment paper, and top with the mixture. . 5.Optional: you can add sugar free chocolate chips of your choice. . 6.Bake in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 400F, then remove and LET COOL COMPLETELY. It is critical this cools completely. . 7.You can eat this as is, or optional, add drizzles of sugar free melted chocolate chips on top. . 8.Cut into whatever size shapes you want and serve. . They are just like regular brownies, if not better. The main difference: clean, healthy ingredients you can feel good eating! Ingredients: — 3/4 cup of pumpkin purée or sweet potato purée — 3/4 cup of peanut butter — 2 eggs — 1/2 cup of cocoa powder — 1/2 cup of maple syrup — 1/2 tsp of baking soda — 1 tsp of vanilla — pinch of salt — 1/2 cup of @hukitchen chocolate chips (refined sugar free!)
