Drain and reserve. 2️⃣In a frying pan, sauté the chopped onion in olive oil. Add the shrimp, previously cleaned and cut into small pieces. 3️⃣Season with salt to taste and sauté until the shrimp turns pink and set aside. 4️⃣In a bowl, mix the ricotta cream, catupiry, grated parmesan cheese and pepper jelly. Add the sautéed spinach and chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
