For those living in India, Pitta bread can be replaced with naan. Any salad can be used, things like crisp lettuce leaves or rocket salad leaves, sliced onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocados, radishes etc.

Ingredients:
310g self raising flour 
300g greek yogurt
1 tsp garlic granules 
1 tbsp oregano 
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp mixed spice 
1/8 tsp baking powder

Coriander butter 
handful-coriander diced
2 tbsp vegan butter
1 tsp garlic granules 

For pitta bread: 
Cook using a dry pan and allow air pockets to fill and flip often to cook evenly

For flatbread:
Cook in 2 tbsp olive oil and press out any air pockets while cooking then baste with butter
