Ingredients: 
4 cups plain/ all purpose flour 
1/2 cup semolina (suji)
1 tsp salt
4 tbls yogurt
1/2 tsp carum seeds (ajwain)
1.5 cups warm milk approximately
2 tbsp oil 

Method: 
1- Knead the dough with warm milk and leave to rest for 30 minutes. 

2- Make medium sized dough balls and rest for 5 minutes. 

3- Roll out puris and deep fry in hot oil on medium low heat for approximately 1-2 minutes on each side. 

Enjoy with warm Suji ka Halwa and chane/ chhole.
