I am very displeased at how my Galaxy S21 Ultra has changed over the past year. My download speed has reduced considerably. My pictures now take 3 minutes to come through text, and now my messages don't send half the time, if I'm not specifically in RSS messaging mode. I can no longer copy links from my phone to my computer, when the two are linked. The purposeful downgrading of our hard earned money to something below even 4G is incredibly sad.

Terrible app. I have installed , uninstalled, reinstalled, but still can't checkout after putting items in the cart. There just is no checkout option in the cart. I had to use the chat function and have someone else build the cart and send me the link so I could pay and get my phone. Probably the most disappointing purchase experience I've had. I give kudos to Samsung employees however, who were there to help me get my s24 ultra.

On the website I had a banner that said $50 off first order over $500 from app. So I did it. Did not get the $50 off. Also if you leave the app to do anything else, your cart and everything is wiped out within seconds and you need to start over. That being said, ordering wasn't a problem but it's basically no different than using the website. Also, it says double the points from the app and it doesn't do that either. I'll probably just use the website and delete the app. It's misleading.
