ok i'm 54 and just want to age gracefully by cherishing my skin by what foods I eat..I love growing lavender and making oil or each week using green tea or chamomile to spritz for toner from the fridge feels nice or try setting spray with sparkling water and drying out lemon or orange peels grinding up to high potency vitamin c! ...just sprinkle in your cleanser and no chemicals is the best part! ...lots of good fyi and diy and poof you look beautiful er!
