Bunk bed upgrade

My children love their bunk beds. They go up and down all the time. However, as fun as they are, bunk beds are also not designed as well as I’d like. The cheap metal bunk beds we have at home have ladder rungs that are slippery and rounded so they hurt while climbing up and down. Ofcourse, my kids don’t really get bothered as much as I do.
