If I haven’t told you before, I love mussels. I can eat them every week and usually order them when I go out to eat at a nice restaurant. I have tried them every way.....with tomatoes and cannellini beans, blue cheese and bacon, with lemon grass and cajun. Yesterday, I went to Costco to buy some mussels because I had a hankering. Heat olive oil in a pan. Add garlic and a stem of parsley. 🧄🌿 2. Let the garlic and parsley infuse the oil with flavor. 🔥 3. Add mussels, clams, and halved cherry tomatoes to the pan. 🍅🐚🦪 4.
