Art illustration - The RMS Carpathia - was a transatlantic British shipping company Cunard Line that was built in the shipyards Swan Hunter & Wigham Richardson. Its construction was started in September 1901, being launched to sea in August 1902. He made his maiden voyage in May 1903. After nine years in service without any prominent incident, the Carpathia received distress calls from the RMS Titanic on dawn on April 15, 1912.
