I make these Onion Bhajiya (Onion Bhaji/Pakora/whatever you call them where you’re from) with a leftover bread, wispy white onion and spices like coriander seeds, chilli and ginger. They’re ridiculously easy to make and prevent food waste, should you have bread to use up.
