Poetry Cafe. Our Honors English class had a poetry cafe styled after the 1950s. We read poetry and presented works of art to express how we interpreted the poems. Everyone dressed as if they were beatniks. The class was decorated with low lighting, small tables and chairs, candles, and a small stage. It was a great experience.
