But like I said at the end …  this is a visual representation of what I strive to do most nights. That doesn’t mean it happens every night. 

You might not even have an excuse. Maybe you’re like me & experience executive dysfunction sometimes which is where you’ll sit in a state of paralysis for centuries physically unable to bring yourself to do anything productive. That’s ok too. Get rid of the “all or nothing” mentality. “If I can’t do this every day there’s no point in doing it”. Because there is. There always is a point. 🫶🏾
