A must try!  Here’s the recipe⬇️  2 eggs 1 cup cottage cheese 1 tsp garlic powder 1/4 cup Parmigiano or Romano cheese 2 handfuls of spinach  Add all ingredients to a blender and purée until smooth. Pour mixture onto a parchment lined baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes or until set.
