Removed P1532 requirement

I removed the expected requirement for country for sport (P1532) because the database has three sets of players – those who participated in international competitions, for whom it makes sense, but also NHL players and Czech leagues (Czech Extraliga (Q862240), 1st Czech Republic Hockey League (Q163071), 2. národní hokejová liga (Q210632)) players, many of whom have never played for any national team and the database doesn't list their nationality or nationalities, let alone NT eligibility or history, requiring something not even the identifier knows in most cases. Out of 3700 items currently using Hokej.cz player ID (P9677) 2500 don't have P1532 and it wouldn't be trivial to get it and would rely on assumptions. Nationality matters beyond national team for example for league foreign player limits. That would be easier to obtain but again not even the linked database has it.
