King Windbag is a one-time character who appears in the The Adventures of Super Mario Bros. 3 episode "Life's Ruff." He is the ruler of Ice Land who lives in a palace made of ice. He was first seen yelling at a servant of his for cooking the wrong meal. He then gets an unexpected visit from Luigi, who was sent by Princess Toadstool.
