Light-Up-Lift Tower is the fourth level in Rock-Candy Mines in the game New Super Luigi U.
Overview[]
It is unlocked when Smashing-Stone Tower is completed, and its completion unlocks Rising Piranhas.
Layout[]
The level starts in a dark cave, next to two ? Blocks. Two Light Blocks are found lighting up the terrain, and once the player touches them, they begin to rise and the level immediately begins to autoscroll upwards. More Light Blocks also go upwards and join the platform. Two Koopa Troopas and a P Switch are found on Light Blocks. Two Venus Fire Traps are found on the walls. More Koopa Troopas on Light Blocks are found, along with a Big Venus Fire Trap on the wall. A platform with a Fire Snake and three ? Blocks is found, with the middle ? Block containing either a Super Mushroom or a Fire Flower depending on the player's form. Two Big Venus Fire Traps are found on the walls, along with two more found on Light Blocks. A Warp Pipe is found at the top of the area, and leads the player outside, where a Big Venus Fire Trap and the Goal Pole are found.
Star Coins[]
- Star Coin 1: Near the beginning, on the left there will be five glowing platforms moving outwards, making an arrow. Either throw a Koopa Shell, or jump over to the platforms to get the first coin.
- Star Coin 2: Right near where two Piranha Plants are, take the two platforms that go to the left, and grab the second coin.
- Star Coin 3: Next the where the level ends, on the right, jump upwards and wall jump to get the coin.
