A Setback Shell, named Knockback Shell in Europe and Australia, is an item in Mario Party: Island Tour.

Description[]

A Setback Shell has the exact appearance of a Green Shell, and it is exclusively found in Perilous Palace Path. Upon using a Setback Shell, a character can select an opponent, who is then knocked back two spaces.

A character has a chance of obtaining a Setback Shell from either landing on an Item Space or winning a minigame and selecting the item as a reward.
