History
Charles Manor was a General at U.S. Army's Camp Lehigh in Virginia. He presented George Maxon, owner of Maxon Aircraft Corporation, to Camp Lehigh's Army. He was later killed by the Red Skull, secretly Maxon himself who was really a Nazi spy.[1]
