Chief Inspector Hamilton (Earth-616)

Chief Inspector Hamilton had recently taken over command of the remote RCMP outpost in MacKenzie, NWT. He was stymied by the actions of Constable McKenzie who seemed to set her own hours. He was reminded by Sergeant Thompson that this was a deal made with the previous commander.^[1]

Finally growing outraged with her absences, he orders her confined and a full investigation into her actions launched. However, Constable McKenzie excused herself once more to battle evil as the heroic Snowbird.^[2]

Sergeant Thompson described him as someone who plays power games.
