O'Dowd was compelled to battle the Allies because he was anti-British. After being defeated by Namor, he was taken into custody with the rest of Battle-Axis.^{[citation needed]}

• Flight: Human Meteor can fly fast enough to appear as a blur, he was able to get the drop on the Whizzer and Miss America noticed that he was faster than her.^[1]
• Superhuman Durability: Human Meteor was able to survive without much damage the electrical explosion that resulted from his collision with Volton.^[1]
