Fetters Hill

Fetters Hill was a small Scottish village where the reborn Proteus first experimented with his plan to merge the real world with the Astral Plane. He gathered the citizens of Fetters Hill and made it so whatever they wished could become a reality. He additionally erected a giant wall surrounding the village with numerous creatures and soldiers guarding it to prevent disturbances.^[1]

The village quickly fell into chaos, and it became a gestalt of the villagers' mindscapes. When the X-Men tried to confront Proteus, he made Fetters Hill erupt,^[2] launching seeds into many cities of the world with the objective to transform them as well.^[3]
