NuForm was a clean energy source created by Roxxon Corporation engineer Rick Mason. Unfortunately, prolonged exposure to NuForm would cause individuals to contract a terminal illness. Mason was one such individual. It was also destabilized by electricity, for example the bioelectricity produced by Spider-Man. Simon Krieger, head of Roxxon R&D, not only claimed to have created NuForm, but also that it was safe. After Prowler exposed Krieger, Roxxon ceased the creation of NuForm.[1]
