History
The Doctor Octopus was from a reality where Spider-Man was never born. Doctor Octopus was not considered a threat by the authprities but joined a team started by Green Goblin comprised of himself, Green Goblin, Vulture, Sandman, Mysterio, Electro, and Lizard. Without Spider-Man to stop them, they were able to convert the police officers of the United States into their own lizard army. They used Mysterio's illusions to capture the rest of the world's heroes. Without any one left to stop them villains took over the entire United States. The interdimensional Exiles (Morph, Blink, Beast and Polaris) also attempted to stop him but all but Morph were captured. The Green Goblin attempted to have the Tinkerer use Mindworm to enslave the captured heroes to his will for life. However te group was stopped by Morph and Spider-Man of Earth-9411, who freed the heroes and captured the Doctor Octopus.[1].[1]
