Sinifer (Earth-616)

Sinifer was a member of the Faltine race. Sinifer spawned two Faltine, Dormammu and Umar, who were unique amongst their kind. Unlike other Faltine, who are normally copies of their progenitor, Dormammu and Umar desired material form for the power it provided. When Sinifer tried to put an end to that abominable practice, they transmuted him into matter, effectively killing him.

Their unprecedented crime rallied all the Faltine against Dormammu and Umar, who were forced to flee their native universe for the Dark Dimension.^[1]

Faltine are made of, and control pure mystic energy, in the form of the Flames of the Faltine.
