Avandalia "Lia" Dewan is the partner of Andre Deschaine, who helps him with his therapy group and sex trafficking ring.

Biography[]

Lia Dewan assisted Andre Deschaine in kidnapping Tandy Bowen. However, Bowen escaped Deschaine's clutches, so Dewan and Deschaine fled. They returned to the center of the therapy group in order to clean up their tracks.

Bowen and Tyrone Johnson confronted Deschaine, so Dewan took Mikayla Bell and threatened to hurt her if they hurt Deschaine. Bowen threw a dagger at Dewan, who got out of the way. Johnson teleported Bell to safety, and Bowen held another dagger toward Dewan, who ran away.^[1]
