Among the weapons used by the Kromsapiod during their Venarix hunts was a powered boomerang that could track its target and change direction in mid-air. K'ranch used such a weapon against Brad Boimler on the USS Cerritos in 2381, though it shorted out after following Boimler into the tank in Cetacean Ops. (LD: "The Least Dangerous Game")
