Ensign Farley was a 24th century Starfleet officer aboard the USS Voyager under Captain Kathryn Janeway. Farley became stranded in the Delta Quadrant along with the rest of the crew of Voyager in 2371.
In 2376, during a lecture by The Doctor on insects indigenous to the Delta Quadrant, Farley fell asleep and began to snore, much to the amusement of the other listeners and The Doctor's disdain. B'Elanna Torres gossiped about this to Tom Paris after he arrived back from a particularly long away mission. Paris was too busy watching hockey to listen to her, though. (VOY: "Memorial")
