Film and Television Wiki[]

Hello! It's been a long time since you've last replied back to me. Would you be back to posting more cast pics for the Spider-Man and other comic book adaptations for the Film and Television wiki again this month or soon? (Hobbiton777 (talk) 03:18, 6 February 2024 (UTC))

Avoidance of editing wars[]

Noticed, little scamp that you are, that you've added descriptions of films et al from which I've not only removed said (or similar) descriptions but added "wt" links. What is the right approach here? My reasoning is that the links take an interested party where they can find out if a given film/TV show's a comedy or whatever and that preceding descriptions are therefore tautological. Sometimes, I admit, these information seems superfluous and could easily being removed. But removing every description breaks a text into a "boring" list. There are articles on MA which obtain more interest in reading them by adding descriptions and sometimes anecdotes about the actor in this production. I am against a "list like" style. Tom (talk)

Community Manager[]

Hey there!

As you may have heard last month, Fandom introduced new Community Managers who would be coming in to support wikis.

I'm just dropping in to let you know I'll be working with you on Memory Alpha as its assigned CM, replacing Lostris. I'll fulfil similar roles to what Lostris has done (amazingly) here - heard a lot about it! Feel free to ping me if you need anything!

I'm out next week unfortunately, but I just wanted to let you know the situation beforehand. Lostris will still be around if you have questions/issues.

Am I okay to join the wiki's Discord server and introduce myself to everyone? My Discord handle is spongebob456.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do let me know as I know this is a big change. Thanks! --Spongebob456 talk 09:18, 10 May 2024 (UTC)

Film and Television (Update)[]

Hello! If you have the chance to reply back, I along with another user, HomeAloneKevin have completed the credited cast pictures for Mary Poppins and Who Framed Roger Rabbit in the Film and Television wiki. Will you be coming back to the wiki to post more cast pics anytime soon? (Hobbiton777 (talk) 01:23, 1 August 2024 (UTC))

Amber Connally[]

According to Connally, she also appeared in other episodes as a background actress.

Can you verify this by finding her in other episodes? -LauraCC (talk) 02:46, 28 September 2024 (UTC)

Not to stick my nose in – well, to do just that actually – how about trawling through screencaps at Trekcore? Archer4real (talk) 17:20, 28 September 2024 (UTC)

Why does Memory-Alpha is refusing to give credit to Steven Spielberg ?[]

I would like a precise answer to this question. The preceding unsigned comment was added by Stuntrek43 (talkcontribs).

Where did he a) have credit on anything to do with Star Trek, b) contribute to Star Trek? -- Sulfur (talk) 18:10, 29 September 2024 (UTC)
