No Fail Bean Pie - 1 deep-dish pie crust (opt); 15oz can navy beans, rinsed; 6oz evaporated milk; 4T butter, melted 1/2t cinnamon; 1/2t nutmeg; 1T AP flour; 1 1/4c sugar; 1T vanilla; 1 eggs +1 yolk - Heat oven 450F. Puree beans -> yolk until smooth (1 min). Pour into crust. Bake 15 min. Reduce to 350F; bake until set & golden (35 min). Cool before slicing. Eat warm or cold.
