Grab a bottle of Champagne or Prosecco 🍾 and paint the bottle white (I used acrylic craft paint!) then take a printed cocktail napkin (mines from Marshall’s but I have similar designs linked under project supplies) and cut out the images. The less negative space you leave, the nicer the finished product will look! Then peel your top layer. Once your bottle is dry, apply mod podge with a paint brush and apply your napkin. Gently brush more over the top. I made a tag that reads “to celebrate the bèbè slept through the night” but you could also paint directly in the bottle if you have space. Keep it simple by decoupaging paper napkins to the outside, or paint on your own design. Wait until you see my Veuve bottle 😍🖌️ If decoupaging, be sure to peel back all the layers, so you’re only working with the top of the napkin with the design. Add a thin layer of mod podge to the bottle then press the paper down. Gently stipple glue on top to keep it nice and secure (and shiny)! Supplies are on my storefront.
