Star monsters

so I typically play a game where I make up dragon shapes in various space images, and finally made something out of the recent, "larger" chandra x image of the black hole. He carries a dead star on his back and his body is streamlined to process all forms of energy to stay alive.

Quick exploratory painting for Xenes.

Aquila, the star-bearer. Her veins are full of star-fire, and when she melts away, her scales will feed their solar systems for eons to come. Design collaboration with my patrons. They suggested color schemes and a star-making theme. The pose is inspired by a photo of the Eagle Nebula.

Angel the SkyPony is a common Moshling in the Ponies set. They are a pink alicorn with white angel wings, hence the name. Angel also has a white star on their rear. They were once only known in legends before a large herd of them appeared. Until recently, SkyPonies were mentioned only in Moshi legend. But that was before a whole herd appeared, as if by magic, on a pink cloud, high above Mount Sillimanjaro. These heavenly creatures rarely visit ground level, but when they do they tell tales…
