Someone told me on my tiktok video this is what women did during the great depression, I honestly just think it's a great alternative to store bought Hair sprays. It's dirt cheap, and it's hard to find Hair Spray that doesn't have chemicals and this spray holds my waves and curls, so it's what I've been using. I will say it's not as crunchy as normal Hair Spray, but it still gives good hold. Hair stylists have commented on my tiktok videos saying add 1 tsp of hard alcohol for even better hold! I've never tried it, but the ladies have suggested it for even better hold. Recipe: 1/2 cup distilled water 2 tsp white sugar Dissolve the sugar in water, you don't need to bring it to a boil, just warm
