🙋♀️ Great question! You’re right, traditional tofu is made from soy. But guess what? We Veginners love a good culinary adventure! So we made tofu from peanuts! 🥜🍽️✨ And what about gypsum? It’s not a mysterious magical ingredient but a naturally occurring mineral. In cooking, we use food-grade gypsum as a coagulant to turn our legume milk into curds – and voila, tofu! 🧪🌱 Stay tuned for the last episode of my #PeanutTofuSeries and head over to my blog for the full recipe.
