I have also learned what products work best in my hair after a lot of trial and error. As a LOCD person it’s sometime hard to find the best products in fear of it caking up in your hair and we all know what that looks like 🤦🏽‍♀️

Patience is key!! Cause let me tell you, I would have never thought I’d be almost bra strap length by now. Especially not after the way my LOCs shrunk after that first wash 😳.

I ain’t gone lie after my locs got a certain length I did stop a lot of the things that I did when my locs were shorter. I would go months without washing 🤢, barely oiling my scalp 💆🏾‍♀️ hardly ever spritzed my locs with anything to keep moisture 🧖🏾‍♀️Some locs broke off due to bleaching and lost some edges due to postpartum 🤷🏾‍♀️lol. Trimmed them once back to bra strap length 💇🏾‍♀️ and now here we are getting back to giving my locs the TLC they deserve. ❤️✨
