I can’t tell you the number of times my family has asked me to remake this because it’s just FABBBB. 

I like it with a flour tortilla but you can use a gluten free one as well. It’s super filling and you can add a hummus to make it more protein rich! 

RECIPE: 
saute together - 1/2 small  chopped onion, 1/3 cup boiled peas, half green capsicum, 1/3 cup French beans. 
Saute for 3-4 mins. 

Once it cools, blend the veggies along with 1/2 cup blanched spinach with water removed till you get a thick paste. Remove as much water as you can, otherwise the patties wont form. 

To the paste, add 1 tsp coriander cumin powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, salt and pepper to taste, 150g grated paneer, 3 tbsp coriander, 2 potatoes - boiled and mashed.
