Often called “Satpura ki Rani,” Pachmarhi is a hill station with amazing views of the Satpura range of mountains and is also home to Handi Koh, a viewpoint overlooking a deep gorge and craggy cliffs. There are also many waterfalls here. Pachmarhi is also famous for the ancient Pandava Caves, cut out of sandstone, where it is believed that the Pandavas from the epic The Mahabharata once stayed. Other things to do here are trekking, paragliding, and zip lining.
