Ingredients:
* 2 1/2 Cups of makhana (fox nuts/lotus seeds)
* 1 Cup jaggery (gur), grated or finely chopped
* 2 tablespoons ghee (clarified butter)
* 1/4 Cup Water 
* 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
* 
Instructions:
* 	Dry Roasting Makhana:
 * Start by dry roasting the makhana in a pan on low to medium heat. Roast them until they become crisp, stirring continuously. This may take about 5-7 minutes. Once done, remove the roasted makhana from the pan and set them aside.
