Unless otherwise noted, 25 napkins come in a set -What is your production time? Our production time is 1-3 business days, starting the first business day after ordering, and items are shipped the first business day after production time ends. Business days are classified as Monday-Friday, excluding any Federal/Postal/Government holidays. For example, if you order on a Sunday, production time begins on that Monday, would end that Wednesday, and item would be shipped on Thursday. Production time is in addition to shipping time. -Do you guarantee the estimated delivery date provided? We do *not* guarantee the estimated delivery date, as it is an estimate only, and ultimately it's up to USPS to deliver the package. If you arrange a proper rush order with us, though, we do guarantee delivery prior to your event. -I need this before a certain date, can you accommodate? All of our items are needed for a specific event date, as these are special occasion items, so we are very sensitive to our customers' event dates. We do everything we can to meet your needs, but we must know the event date in order to confirm we can accommodate, and sometimes a rush order is required, which does come with a fee. In general, anything needed to be delivered in 7 business days or less, starting the first business day after ordering, requires a rush order to be arranged *prior* to ordering. If you are unsure if you need a rush, please message us *before* ordering, doing so after ordering causes both parties more confusion. No 😊 The only way to guarantee a delivery date is to arrange a proper rush order with us *before* ordering, giving us the opportunity to confirm we can accommodate and you paying the appropriate rush fee. -What sizes do you offer? Cocktail, Luncheon & Dinner & measurements for each can be found in the photo info boxes -Can I get these personalized? If the napkin in the sample picture shows a name, you can change it to one name of your choice. That is the only thing that changes. If the sample does not show a name & is just generic wording or design, that is how it comes & there are no options to add anything. -Can I add more than one name, or change the wording? No, personalized items come with the change of one name only, wording comes as shown. -Can I change the font/colors? No, but if you will search for the theme you are looking for in our shop, you will find all the color/style/font variations we have within that theme. For example, most pink/girl versions of a theme will also have a blue/boy and gender-neutral version also listed, we just have them listed separately to avoid confusion. -Do you do custom orders? We love custom orders and would love to hear what you are looking for and will strive to accommodate but during our high peak seasons we are unable to take on as many, but please ask us anyway and we'll be happy to let you know! We ask that you message us before ordering, though, to ensure that we can accommodate and that the pricing structure is accurate. Please do not order an item and then request custom changes, because your order will be cancelled & we hate to have to do that for both our sake 😊 -Where do I provide the name to be printed? In the personalization box that is on the item description page, before adding to cart. On a few personalized listings there is not a box, if that's the case, please put the info into notes, which are located on the last page of checkout. -Do you provide a proof before printing? In order to keep production time down, and because items look as shown in sample, we do not provide a proof. We copy & paste the name you provide, and we do not edit or crop any photos that are provided, we print as provided to us. -Will the design on the napkin be centered? We only print in the non-embossed section of the napkin, which means the bottom and right side of the napkin will not be printed on. We center the design & all wording in the smooth, non-embossed area that is shown in the sample picture. Some people do not notice this in the sample and think that there is a problem and that their items are not centered, that is not the case, we just do not print in the bumpy/uneven texture of the embossed area of the napkin. We center & align within the smooth section, and we believe they all look beautiful! -I see that the sample picture shows all lowercase, but I want my name to be personalized, can you do that? Some of our fonts are all lowercase, which we love but understand not everyone does 😊 All items come as shown, the only thing that changes is the one name, so if it is showing all lowercase, that is how yours will be printed, no exceptions and it doesn't matter if you put a capital letter in the personalization box. Most designs that are all lowercase also have similar items with different fonts located in the shop, just search the theme and they will all pop up. -I placed an order then realized that my address is wrong, can you change that? We do not change the shipping address once an order is placed, both to avoid confusion for both parties and also to allow an opportunity for you to update your account settings. 😊 We are happy to cancel & refund the order with the incorrect address & will instruct you to place a new order with the correct information. -I have a question about my order, how do I get a hold of you?
