Park Central Hotel New York

The location was awesome - super close to Times Square and right by Central Park! The lobby smelled amazing, and the staff were top-notch. Some folks gripe about the elevators, but we didn't have any major issues with wait times. Had a fantastic stay overall! 🌟

During our stay for a leisure trip to enjoy the nearby attractions, we appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk to Central Park and Times Square. Despite some maintenance issues in the rooms, the friendly staff members who assisted us were a highlight of our visit. The hotel's proximity to a subway station also made exploring the city easy and accessible.

All in all everything was good, had a very good stay in central location. Really enjoyed staying at the classic room with a separate couch.

Loved my nice stay in central location. I asked for a double room with central heating, a private safe and pay television, it was new-fashioned. A bathtub was clean and everything was great.

Oh my gosh, the location was unreal! right between central park and times square, and the subway was so close! 😍 rooms were spacious, but the noise. yikes. Staff was hit or miss. Great for exploring the city though! 🗽

Clean, good value hotel, the location was perfect close to Rockefeller Center and so many other places, subway, Central Park. We got a soundproof room with two double beds. Truly enjoyed modern decor, plus an individual safe, pay television and a writing table were at a high level.

The hotel's prime location near Central Park and Times Square was fantastic for exploring the city. However, the elevator wait times were frustrating, and the housekeeping and reception staffing levels seemed insufficient. Despite these shortcomings, the room size, lobby, and bar were enjoyable. The unresolved theft incident and unhelpful managers were disappointing and concerning.

This clean hotel has a nice reception. Courteous staff, niceservices, including plenty of nice delicacies. The check out is late.

Dig into the sick seasonal grub at the local joints nearby – Tisserie's baked treats are a dream, and Souvlaki GR serves up epic Greek street eats. The hotel's prime location near Times Square and friendly staff rock too.

The staff vibes were off, especially at reception – no deets on WiFi or amenities. no fridge in the room, which is odd even for a fleeky spot like this.

I stayed at Park Central only for transit during my travel, and the hotel's location near LaGuardia, just 15 km away, was incredibly convenient. The room was well-equipped with a flat-screen TV and in-room safe, and the on-site fitness center had a good variety of equipment.

The room I booked advertised a view of the city, but I was disappointed to find that my "city view" room actually looked directly into an office building, requiring me to peer out of the very corner of the window to see the street. It was a minor letdown for an otherwise pleasant stay.

The staff was helpful, the room was brand-new, everything was perfect. A personal safe, pay TV and a writing table in the room and the comfy bed. Easy check-in was a bonus.

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo and it proved to be the perfect destination for my corporate event. The location was convenient and the facilities were ideal for hosting a successful business gathering.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center with more advanced equipment and support for my presentation preparations.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was upscale, had unbeatable location right in midtown. Breakfast with baked goods. Superfriendly and courteous stuff.

The location of this hotel was wonderful. You'll be just a couple of blocks away from the subway and Central Park, within walking distance of Rockefeller Center, and so many other famous places. the room cleaners did a good job, everything was kept tidy, and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. If you're a foodie, there are plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from, and grabbing a slice of cheesecake at one of the local spots is a must.

There were a few things that could be improved during my stay at this hotel. the room for four people was a bit small and lacked storage space.

The room, although comfortable and well-equipped, looked out onto a building site, which was not as appealing as the city views advertised. the rooms appeared smaller in reality than they seemed in the pictures, which made it a bit challenging, especially in the bathroom.

The hotel had a fantastic location, with Central Park, Times Square and 5th Avenue within walking distance. There were also plenty of cafes and Starbucks nearby which made getting breakfast easy. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were clean and well-kept.

The water pressure was quite low, and it could get a bit noisy due to the midtown location. Light sleepers might have trouble getting a good night's rest.

The breakfast in-room was a lovely touch. Staff were attentive, but photos make the rooms seem brighter. Would choose this location again FOR SURE!

I recently stayed at a hotel near Central Park and couldn't recommend it more. The location was fantastic, with great food and attractions within walking distance. I was able to walk to see Broadway shows, making it the perfect choice for my travel purpose. I would definitely stay here again.

The spacious and well-decorated hotel room was mind-blowingly comfortable, and the lounge area was a GREAT place to relax while waiting for our room. We'll definitely be coming back!

Being a solo traveler, I felt safe and would definitely choose to stay there again. Although the hotel's fitness center was undergoing renovations, they provided access to a nearby fitness center which turned out to be amazing.

The city view from the suite was breathtaking, with the bustling energy of Manhattan right outside my window. The on-site fitness center helped me stay active during my stay, and the sushi restaurant, Sekkei, offered delicious dining options right at the hotel.

The lack of amenities in the room, including a missing kettle and temporary issues with the TV, detracted from the overall experience.

Our stay in this hotel was fantastic! The location was so convenient, close to Times Square and easily accessible by foot to great NYC attractions. We were also very close to a few subway lines which made traveling around the city super easy. We were pleasantly surprised by how modern and clean the rooms were and the beds were extremely comfortable. The maid service was also excellent, and we appreciated being welcomed personally.

There was some external construction that caused some noise disturbance during our stay, but it didn't really affect our experience.

Staff lent me a phone charger once. This place suits me perfectly. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, fitness studio, and more. I always choose it for my city trips.
