#MossmanGorge in @portdouglasdaintree is a rainforest oasis like no other 🍃 With its freezing cold pools, the colour of the rainforest above, you will easily fall in love with this spot - especially on a hot day. See the Gorge a little differently & take a Dreamtime Walk through the rainforest with one of the traditional owners 💚 Photo by @whitneychn #exploreTNQ

Tropical North Queensland has so much to offer, including this awesome rainforest walk in the trees! 🌴 @walk.in.the.world discovered this beautiful spot and shared it with us. Although I had been to Mossman Gorge many times over the years, I had never really seen it vertically. But, as Nelson Mandela once said: “There is nothing like returning to a place that remains unchanged to find the ways in which you yourself have altered.” In this shot I was determined to view the place anew. The vertical format was like creating a doorway into the scene, which viewers could step into. In this way a sense of mystery was conveyed.
