In the film, Sarge asks them to help him find Mater. They later appear at the end to arrest the Lemons. The corporal mentions that his father was one of Sarge's friends.

- Some of the army vehicles' animation models were reused from Unidentified Flying Mater.
- Some of the vehicles such as the HMMWV and the M927 trucks are not used by the British Army in real life. However, as the UK is a part of NATO, the United States could have stationed some vehicles there and they happened to be on patrol.
