Superliminal is a first-person puzzle game inspired perspective and optical illusions. Players tackle impossible puzzles by thinking outside the box and learning to expect the unexpected.

During its initial release, this game had a lot of performance issues. The community manager was kind enough to reach out to me via email thanking me for my feedback and reassuring me that fixes were on the way, and after the most recent update, the game runs smooth and I have encountered no issues. Strongly recommend this game!

Had to exit game and dismiss it from recent app carousel then go back in and retry to finally get the purchase to go through. Also, looks like it needed to redownload content. Downloading content only seems to happen with phone open to game, doesn't seem to work in the background. I suspect on a slow connection this is going to be painful. Update: the game turned out to be a lot shorter than I expected.

I played the demo and then paid for the full version, but I think something went wrong with the game data. I went straight from the end of the trial to the end credits sequence with one dream sequence in between. I know I am missing a bunch of the game because I had to look up the plot on Wikipedia to ensure I wasn't confused by a puzzle.
