The Power of the Dragon King (竜の王の力 Ryū no Ō no Chikara) is a power that would be found within the people of Earth. It was sought by Deizarus, leader of the Neo Deboth Army, who believed that he could use the power to rule the universe. Knowing that the Power of the Dragon King would only be drawn out when its holder was brought to a peril nearing death, Deizarus ordered his forces to indiscriminately attack humanity en masse.
