The People's Commissariat sets a task for Dombergs: Saban and his gang should be destroyed as soon as possible, especially since they continue to kill policemen almost every day. Varaksin, to the joy of Dombergs, decided to continue working in the Moscow Criminal Investigations Department. An experienced professional comes up with a plan to lure Saban and other bandits from Khitrov market.
