Just over an hour from Bristol lies the Brecon Beacons National Park in South Wales; 520 square miles of mountains, forests, valleys and lakes.

Enjoy lovely river views, woodland paths, and historic sites as you make your way from Tintern, past St Michael's Church, along the River Wye, via Brockweir, and back to the start through the woods and over Wireworks Bridge. Along the way you will pass Tintern Old Station where there is a cafe and you can also extend your day out by visiting the abbey near the start.
