Swirl Ruffle Hat Crochet Pattern

Some photos are included for visual learners like myself. Crochet Level: Easy It is recommended for somewhat experienced crocheters. Basically, if you know basic stitches(dc, hdc, sc), how to count stitches, have made a few granny squares, and know how to connect them this will be easy to follow.
