Renovated from 1950’s dark paneling. Originally a screen porch when home was built in the late 1930’s, with a sloped floor for rain run-off and a tongue and groove drop ceiling. The 1950’s effort walled 50% of screened area with windows, along with dark stained combed pine ceiling squares. The 2019 remodel exposed gorgeous 19th century beams and joists, opened the exterior walls with 13 custom Marvin windows, leveled the 3 1/2” sloped floor, and brightened with white shiplap.
