Creating a Montessori wardrobe offers your child age-appropriate independence and freedom of choice daily. Along with allowing a bit of control over their day, the accessibility this setup provides, is an open invitation for young toddlers to practice getting dressed on their own. Here’s a bit on the space I’ve prepared for my twin sons: - Stool - little ones are still learning to balance, so it’s easier to put pants & shoes on while sitting down - 4 shirts & 4 shorts - a closet full of options is overwhelming for a child and might result in them tossing everything around instead of making a choice, so I provide minimal options for them to choose from - Mirror - we do a mirror check to ensure our clothes are on properly, but more importantly for #selflove - Shelf - lotions, hair pro
