That means we taken EVERYTHING into consideration when designing our flows AND I teach you how to think and create for yourself (unlike some copy me courses out there) It looks and feels so good because every flow has a clear intention & focus - then add in all the cultivating creativity tools we use to explore, play and fuse postures together you can’t help but end up with an embodied experience 😍 Just ask any of my Creative Sequencing teachers! One of which actually names those mountain circles - so thank you ❤️ Now here’s a serious question, should I keep posting real time yoga flows? 👇🏼 le Unique Yoga Poses, Yoga Vinyasa Flow Sequence, Creative Yoga Flow, Creative Yoga Transitions, Creative Yoga Sequence, Yoga Sequence Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga Flow Sequence, Yoga Flow Sequence Beginners, Slow Flow Yoga Sequence

Kate Taylor 🧘🏻‍♀️ on Instagram: "Sometimes our yoga practice can become very linear, moving in sequences that involve us taking poses on the right side of the body, then repeating those same poses on the left. This is all well and good, but if we always practice in this way, our brains get used to the movement, meaning we can lose focus. Last week I decided to switch it up, working with a mandala flow. “Mandala” is a Sanskrit word that means “complete” or “circle.” We moved all around the mat, transitioning through poses in different ways to make the journey. The back of the mat becomes the front, we have a different view point, and we are pushed out of that comfortable linear style of moving.
